Elisa Balsamo has won the fourth stage of the Giro d'Italia Donne. In Reggio Emilia, the world champion of Trek-Segafredo was the strongest in the bunch sprint. Charlotte Kool came second, Marianne Vos was third. Chiara Consonni and Marta Bastianelli completed the top five. Annemiek van Vleuten kept the pink jersey.
