Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig is the winner of the third stage of the Tour de France Femmes. The Danish champion of FDJ-SUEZ-Futuroscope was first at the finish in Épernay after a hilly ride of more than 133 kilometres, ahead of Marianne Vos.
